Technology is a funny thing. We're always thinking it should be some new product. cutting edge. Well I have a new piece of technology that I love! (And by technology I'm thinking a new tool that makes life easier.) It's more than one piece, actually. It's several new kitchen gadgets made from silicone. I have a glove that I never have to throw out because it got burned in the oven. This glove can stand so much heat that I can stick my hand in boiling water to pick up something. And then there's my silicone spatula: never sticks, never scratches. And lastly there's my vegetable scraper that has a silicone shield and a ring so it fits over my finger. It makes pealing really quick and I never cut mayself. Modern technology. it's wonderful!
